“I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant, and let me tell you, it was a fantastic experience. I started with the traditional Polish sour soup, absolutely good. The main course featured duck confit served with beets and a homemade cranberry chutney-perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. I also enjoyed a Polish pork chop paired with the best potato salad I've ever tasted, with hints of onion, garlic, dill, and bacon. To top it off, I indulged in a scrumptious brownie dessert.
