The pool was very pretty and quite big. I found super snuggly doonas in the room. Housekeeping was very prompt, I was impressed. Cocktails at the bar were quite lovely, I did enjoy them a lot.
The breakfast service had delays both Saturday and Sunday, it affected my planned activities.

the housekeeping maintained an excellent standard with twice-daily room cleaning. the hotel presents a classy atmosphere throughout. the swimming pool temperature was comfortably warm. i found the location to be a great asset.
i experienced considerable noise from the street facing room. it was situated on the second level with a very limited view despite it being advertised as having a city view. this lessened its value.

the staff demonstrated perfect service, including an introduction to the breakfast area upon my first visit there. their thoughtfulness extended to providing welcome gingerbread cookies and sweets for my son.

The room was nicely decorated and well maintained. The location is fabulous to darling harbour, Barangaroo, the rocks and CBD.
