surprisingly positive experience

The man running the guest house was helpful and friendly. he gave me a free parking pass. I parked right outside. i also had free access to kitchen facilities that included cooking and washing appliances. the free wifi was fast and reliable, a real plus.
the office area was a bit messy upon arrival, but this did not affect my stay.

my double room was clean. the bed was comfortable, and fresh bedding was provided. i had everything needed, including chilled bottled water at no extra charge!!!

The location is convenient to the promenade and nearby attractions. I easily walked everywhere. I appreciated the tram stop being so close. It made exploring the area very simple. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local eateries, they were cute.
the stairs to the upper floors were a bit steep.

The staff were attentive and helpful. They quickly addressed my questions. Check-in was quick and efficient. It took only a few minutes. They provided clear instructions for accessing the hotel after hours. It was very reassuring.

My room included a comfortable bed and fresh linens. I slept very well. The shared bathroom was clean. I had no issues with its upkeep. I appreciated the free wi-fi. It allowed me to stay connected.

The hotel's proximity to the promenade was a MAJOR plus. It gave easy access. Nearby, I found plenty of dining options. I never went hungry. I found local attractions just a short walk away. This made sightseeing so easy.

the manager, chelsey, extended a warm welcome. she clearly explained all hotel operations. the room provided a comfortable stay near the pleasure beach. i expect the hotel to improve further over time, due to her efforts.
i found that the place needed more attention to cleanliness.
