convenient location friendly staff parking situation car spaces

The location was really convenient, so close to the sea front and central pier! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room felt warm and clean. It was perfect for our one-night stay.

The parking situation was a nightmare. Those weren't real car spaces! Trying to sort out the parking issues while with children was stressful. I wish this was better organized.

superb Stay Experience

checkout option clean room comfortable bed room touches

The owners gave me an option to leave my bags after checkout , a bonus. the room was reasonably priced , really clean and beds were so comfortable. little touches to the room were welcome. I found a fridge and bottles of water. i even got a rock sweet and biscuits , as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

the location is easy enough to find , however , it took me a while to get used to the surrounding neighbourhood , a minor inconvenience.

the hotel provides onsite parking at a cheap rate, and a lovely seating area outside provides a relaxing space. breakfast options include a good range of cereals , with orange juice and milk available.

the staff offered a warm welcome upon my arrival , and they couldn't do enough to help , very kind. the owners were friendly and helpful , and they made sure i was happy with everything.

the staff were very kind and helpful (i loved that). our room included tea and coffee as well as a small fridge, very convenient. the location is a short walk to the beach.

Excellent Family Accommodation

warm welcome family room fresh bedding

The host greeted us warmly. She made sure our family room met our needs. It included an additional baby cot with fresh bedding. Breakfast featured a good range of cereals. There was orange juice on the table.

I thought that a bit more politeness from the staff would have been appropriate? We had to wait to check in without any prior notice. this is constructive feedback. As everything else was excellent.

Breakfast included cereal and toasted food. A seating area sat at the front of the building. High chairs were available, with children's bowls, and spoons ready for travelling parents.

friendly staff clean room dangerous shower loud noise

the location was great i found the staff very friendly. the room was clean and tidy. i think it was good value for money.

the shower was a bit dangerous it switched between scalding and freezing. i also heard a hen party making a lot of noise until 3 am.
