small room staff attitude
the breakfast had a lot of options.
the room was not what i expected. it was much smaller than shown in the photos and felt cramped. the staff did not seem very knowledgeable about the local area.

The gym had ample equipment. i particularly appreciated the wide range of options at breakfast. The buffet included diverse cuisines and fresh fruits (i loved the dumplings!).
I found the elevators slow. with only four lifts for the entire tower, waiting times could be lengthy.

the room featured a comfortable bed with soft, high-quality linens. it included a modern bathroom with two separate sinks, alongside a rainfall shower with a relaxing experience and convenient amenities.

breakfast offered a good range including european and asian options, catering to various tastes. i was grateful that the coffee from the machine was consistently of good quality, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel is a little outside the main hustle, great for quiet. using the grab app for transport was efficient. It made getting around the area easy and quick, so we didn't mind the distance.

big gym clean room accommodating manager
the gym was big with good equipment. the rooms were clean with friendly staff. the pool offers an amazing view. the manager was also very accommodating.
the images do make it look more modern than it actually is.
