Excellent Stay at a Central Location
attentive staff rooftop garden
My stay involved very attentive staff. The buffet breakfast was also great. I found the rooftop garden bar beautiful, so I spent considerable time there. The beds offered great comfort.
I noticed no air-conditioning in the hallway. This caused stale smells that affected my comfort. The dated decor also needs refreshing.

The hotel is in the center with shops and restaurants within walking distance. This made it easy to explore nearby points of interest. I found the central location especially helpful.

constant music worn pool
The staff were lovely and professional. The location was acceptable.
my room faced a main road and was right below the rooftop bar. i heard constant music and traffic sounds. the pool area seemed worn, it had a string of cds meant to scare away pigeons and a torn shade cloth.

Iconic Stay in the Heart of the City
spacious suite fruit selection helpful staff excellent location
The location was excellent. I stayed in the Governor Suite King and found it very spacious. The breakfast buffet featured fresh fruits and a wide food selection. A staff member was helpful when I inquired about lost items, which I appreciated.
The fitness room seemed a bit outdated. Some of the equipment showed signs of wear.

The reception and doorman displayed professionalism and were helpful with directions and information. Staff addressed my inquiries efficiently and were courteous when assisting with minor requests. the team was well-trained and attentive to guest needs.
