limited breakfast slow service

my stay had issues. the breakfast was quite limited, a real letdown. i also found the service slow during dinner. only one staff member seemed to handle all tables, inefficient. the room lacked amenities for the booked number of guests. there was no third cup or towel, which i found odd.

good gym responsive service freezing pool changed entrance

the gym was very good. it had equipment important to me. front office staff were particularly good with responsive service and they always helped.

the pool was freezing at this time of year. this was expected. the hotel entrance is changed as well. i was there 40 years ago.
