thorough security professional staff helpful housekeeping
the security presence was quite thorough and friendly throughout my stay. reception staff acted very professional, especially during a late-night check-in. bikesh and kaustubh from housekeeping were kind and helpful.
the price for a short taxi ride to the airport seemed high when compared to other options.

clean room front desk helpful attendant small room payment process impolite staff
i really liked that the room were clean! i also saw a great benefit because the room was open this morning. the front desk attendant seemed nice and helpful. they provided facilities to carry my luggage from reception to my room, it was sweet.
the rooms, they are small. i was also told by staff to pay for the food i ordered instantly, it was odd. the staff insisted he take a photo of my payment as proof. the staff was very impolite.

the staff at the restaurant were attentive. i especially enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious. the food variety was amazing.
the room i received was small. i had to ask for more towels. there weren't enough tea and coffee supplies in the room. this was a bit of a bother

excellent stay overall
thorough security professional staff clean room
The security was very thorough and friendly. I safe area. the reception staff was professional and helpful. a gentleman with a hearing impairment brought our luggage up. His kindness impressed me. housekeeping was amazing, with very comfy and tidy rooms.
beds were not comfortable and pillows were even worse. front desk gave us the wrong room category at first so we had to go down and change. it was inconvenient.

The spa had friendly staff. Their professionalism stood out! the hotel features excellent proximity to a large shopping mall. it includes bars and restaurants, providing convenient access for dining and leisure.
