I enjoyed the hotel's central location! i could walk to many places of interest. the room was spacious and clean. the concierge team was very helpful. They arranged tours my family enjoyed. they were responsive and friendly!

the breakfast could use more space between tables, it felt a bit crowded during peak hours.

the minibar was empty upon arrival i found that inconvenient after a long trip a cold drink would have been nice also i noticed the minibar didn't seem to cool properly another small thing i found disappointing was that the housekeeping didn't replace the body wash in the shower for three days the dispenser was empty i expected better attention to detail

The location is perfect. It is near the opera house, restaurants, and shops. A short walk leads to the river and street food market, a convenience I appreciated!

The spa lacked a clear policy about phone use. A guest spoke loudly on his phone in the sauna.

I was disappointed with the saigon saigon bar. it really needed air conditioning. also, there was a lack of space between tables during breakfast. It felt very crowded.
