The hotel sent arrival instructions detailing the drop-off location for ride-sharing services. A staff member greeted me at the entrance. I received a complimentary room upgrade. The pool had a great view of the city's high-rises.
The room felt a bit cramped after the upgrade because of the added tub. I had to request ice multiple times. Refilling the coffee machine was also something I had to ask for.

I stayed for two nights and the location was amazing. the hotel's position inside a shopping center made it easy to grab anything we needed. i really liked the complimentary pantry. It was so thoughtful to have drinks and snacks available at any time!!!

i found the location very convenient, it is inside a shopping mall, it offers many dining options! the pool and view were excellent, i even enjoyed the free yoga sessions. the staff was friendly and quick, i thought the room was clean with an interesting design.
the service wasn't perfect, the minibar was not always fully restocked, and the towels sometimes showed wear.

The breakfast had a very good selection and wonderful views. Room service was also good. the hotel also offers a top up pantry on each floor with a coffee maker and snacks. A lovely feature.

the pool is beautiful and overlooks the area, it was open until 8 pm and has a poolside menu. there is also access to a gym, it is well equipped! shopping and sights are easily accessible.

The location was good. It was convenient to have access to the shopping complex.
I had issues with the room service, it wasn't great. something was missing every day. The free mini-bar included mostly water. the pantry was nearly empty all the time. I think they could add more variety. the towels were too worn. Some even had holes in them.

The hotel had a pantry on each floor with drinks and snacks. this was a nice touch. the breakfast included many choices. the location was great for shopping. It was near eating places.
the service in the room was not perfect. we were missing something everyday. the quality of the towel was catastrophic, too used. the minibar was not full, only with water, what was annoying.

i found the location very convenient within the shopping complex access to shops and restaurants was easy the central location made exploring markets and attractions simple i also appreciated the free pantry with fruit and hot drinks a nice touch. the corner views from my room on the 23rd floor were nice.

the rooms were spacious and modern they included amenities like well-stocked supplies and comfortable furnishings the decor was tasteful and the layout was functional promoting relaxation after long days the air conditioning was efficient.

i had breakfast at miss thu's one morning it was quite nice though i preferred exploring external options for breakfast that allowed me to experience local flavors the menu had variety and the service was attentive.

the pool on level 6 was a highlight for my boys it provided a refreshing escape from the humid weather the area around the pool was clean and well-kept the availability of the pool contributed to an enjoyable stay.
