dirty marks grimy shower head
The buffet had a lot of varieties it was a good value for money for both breakfast and dinner
The hotel is overpriced I think the rooms are comfortable and spacious however the details are missing that make it a 5 star. The bathroom door would not close properly and there were dirty marks all over the desk. The shower head was grimy and needed a good clean I did not expect that from a hotel of this supposed standard.

a haven of romance
delicious food sweet smile friendly staff convenient breakfast
the breakfast buffet offered many options , and chef bongkot made me a special fried tofu with sweet and sour sauce. chef sudhir made fried bhindi (okra) , while chef arvind prepared veg and chicken manchow soup. the staff greeted me with namaste and a friendly smile.

delicious food traditional earrings
the breakfast buffet offered many options and delicious food. the staff greeted me at breakfast and gifted me traditional earrings that matched my dress perfectly.
ordering room service took an hour and a half on one occasion.

Superb Hotel with Excellent Staff!
abundant food luxurious accommodations
During my visit I enjoyed luxurious accommodations and varied, abundant food. The breakfast buffet seemed beyond comparison because it had so many options. I especially enjoyed the buffet prepared by Chef Kunwar Hemendra Singh from Rajasthan one evening. I am eager to return to this fantastic hotel.
Ordering room service was very slow, it took up to an hour and a half. Dining in also had slow service because of less staff, and guests waited for a long time. I hope the management hires more staff to improve service speed.

I stayed in a Premier Room with a pool view and it included decent wifi, a comfortable bed, and a sofa. A good work space was available as well. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel provides convenient distance to the airport. This hotel is ideal because it is close to the terminals. Getting to and from my flights was very easy. Transportation was easy.
