the staff was very helpful and prompt with all their services.

I encountered an issue with immediate settlement of the food bill, despite having a prepaid room and an authorization deposit on my amex. This has never happened to me before.

The staff was helpful . Sonam was particularly helpful.

My experience here was disappointing. It was just a cold salad. I had barely fallen asleep when the reception called to ask about my departure time. Noisy families arrived on either side of my room, shouting in the corridor so I had no sleep and no rest.

the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient. my room was spacious and well-kept. the staff demonstrated really good friendliness and hospitality throughout my stay. i particularly enjoyed the amazing breakfast spread each morning.

the minibar selection felt rather limited. it only included a couple of water bottles.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. I was impressed by the selection. rojisana provided excellent service. I appreciated her attention. the hotel is very close to worldmark, so i explored it easily.

There are no smoking rooms. I would have liked that option

i appreciated the kind gesture of providing khichdi for my son the ambience during lunch at del was pleasant it created a soothing experience for us barsha thapa our butler manager offered an excillent service i am thankful to her for her attentiveness.
