a bit disappointing, honestly
helpful staffjanky taxi vanconstant noise
the staff was really nice and helpful, especially at the front desk.
The private sedan transfer i booked from the airport turned out to be a mess. it was a late, janky taxi van instead, and the driver barely knew where to go. it felt totally disorganized, and not worth the extra money i paid for a decent transfer. the room ventilation made noise all night. it was difficult to sleep with that constant noise!!!

i had some issues with the room's soundproofing , i could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms , which disrupted my sleep. also , the in-room coffee machine was not working , and it took quite a while for someone to come and fix it. it was a minor inconvenience , but it still affected the overall experience. the slow repair, disrupted sleep

the location near the airport is quite useful. the staff showed genuine kindness and care. i especially appreciated the assistance from mrs chakraborty. a nearby shop and restaurant mall offered very nice variety and convenience.
I noticed a 3' step rise in the reception lobby that posed a tripping hazard. A triangular wooden strip to cover it would greatly improve safety.

the gym includes standard equipment for travelers to exercise. the fitness area contains treadmills and stationary bikes. these amenities were useful for maintaining my routine.
