the staff was friendly and helpful. wake-up calls were available, which i appreciated before my early flight. check-in and check-out were both easy processes. the bed was comfortable.

i was told my room was upgraded, but i thought it was a downgraded one instead (i didn't like the view of the pool). i waited a long time to check in. i was told the room i booked weeks ago was not available.
