rude staffno cake

The reception staff was HORRIBLE, especially the evening crew. They were very rude. We booked three rooms for a celebration. They promised a complimentary cake, BUT they didn't provide it on the occasion day. When we checked, they spoke rudely, claiming some third party made the promise. The issue isn't the cake, it's their embarrassing behavior. on day two, we ordered fresh lime and signed the invoice. The staff KEPT knocking, demanding immediate payment, even though we were told we could pay all in-room dining expenses at checkout. It was insulting. Apparently, they "Don't have a Credit Policy".

the breakfast had many counters. i loved the variety available. the staff was friendly and helpful, though there were some issues later.

the rooms dont have good décor. stains are visible everywhere and the wallpaper is peeling. there was a bad smell in the corridors, like a stale gym bag.
