Fantastic Experience All Around

attentive staff quick service clean room

I liked the attentive staff a lot, they really took care of everything I needed. I am impressed with kindness and the quick service. The room was very clean, and the sheets felt great. All the personals in restaurant were amazing, specially Manish, they looked after every detail.

The location is slightly remote, making it a bit difficult to get around without transport.

The breakfast offers great variety, the staff maintained a high standard of food quality. I found many options available, all dishes were well-prepared and fresh every morning. It included both indian and international items.

The room was descent, with a sweet interior and very clean. It has an amazing view and air conditioning. The cleaning service cleaned quickly and thoroughly every day of my visit.

I liked a gym there, it had modern equipment and lots of free weights. The hotel offered also a very nice swimming pool with towel service. It was very convenient after a long day.

rude staff no cake

The reception staff was HORRIBLE, especially the evening crew. They were very rude. We booked three rooms for a celebration. They promised a complimentary cake, BUT they didn't provide it on the occasion day. When we checked, they spoke rudely, claiming some third party made the promise. The issue isn't the cake, it's their embarrassing behavior. on day two, we ordered fresh lime and signed the invoice. The staff KEPT knocking, demanding immediate payment, even though we were told we could pay all in-room dining expenses at checkout. It was insulting. Apparently, they "Don't have a Credit Policy".

the breakfast had many counters. i loved the variety available. the staff was friendly and helpful, though there were some issues later.

the rooms dont have good décor. stains are visible everywhere and the wallpaper is peeling. there was a bad smell in the corridors, like a stale gym bag.
