Excellent Services and Convenient Location

I enjoyed the very nice two-room, two-bathroom suite. Arushi, a staff member, arranged for a tailor to come to my room to adjust a dress exactly as I wanted it (so convenient!). The swimming pool was beautiful. I really enjoyed spending time there.

The 24-hour bar had limited options. All draft beers were unavailable and there was a limited selection of bottled beers. I found the constant electronic music throughout the hotel, even in the lifts, to be a bit much.

The staff was friendly and polite and the level manager Suneel and his team provided exemplary service. Check-in was efficient with a courteous front office staff and any requests were handled promptly and with attention to detail.

Charmed by the stay

I found the staff quite helpful, especially during breakfast. they always ensured i had everything i needed. the room service was prompt and the food was always warm. also, i appreciate the sports bar and it's massive screen. It was a plus.

the hotel kept music loud, even in the elevators. it was sometimes uncomfortable. i hope they reduce it.

the hotel rooms were spacious and clean. i found the housekeeping team very efficient and attentive, and they ensured everything was well kept. i also appreciate the hotel's proximity to the airport, it was convenient for my travel plans. it.

the check-in process felt slow, and i waited a long time. i hope it gets better.

A good experience at the hotel

perfect location beautiful greenery

The location is great for flights because it is easy to get to the airport. The greenery outside is well done and beautiful. Staff prepared food I wanted even though it was buffet.
