The location is perfect for anyone travelling to and from Terminal 3 and the metro station. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very cute. Plenty of helpful staff were there. Fast working personnel helped me at the reception.

The room was very small. The bathroom was horrible. The check-in took half an hour.

The room was very clean. The location is close to the airport. I appreciated the quick check-in process. The front office team was polite.

The room was cold during my winter visit. Staff fixed the AC twice, but it still did not provide heating. I was told they could provide an external heater, but this should have been offered initially. The corridors seemed old and the wall paintings were worn.

the room was clean and well-kept, although it was a bit small. housekeeping services, provided by kunal, were excellent. i thought the breakfast spread was also great with various options to choose from.

the bathroom reminded me of an insert. it was all plastic and i could feel the floor moving as i stepped in. it reminded me of an airplane bathroom.
