comfortable bed breakfast selection helpful team
my room had a comfortable bed and a clean washroom. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of food, and i found the quality to be excellent. i appreciated the front desk team, as they were very helpful .
the towels in the room seemed a bit worn and could use replacing.

Decent stay, some downsides.
helpful staff tasty food good location worn towel dim lighting pigeon mess
The staff's behavior was nice and helpful. I liked that it was near to some attractions and a market. The food was also good (the breakfast was great!).
Few lights were on when i arrived. This did not present a good first impression. The towels seemed very worn and require replacement. The pool area had a net, but the pigeons were still present and created a mess, this was not great at all.

smooth check-in spacious suite branded water great breakfast
The check-in process was smooth. I was greeted warmly. My suite had a city view and it was very spacious. I found complimentary branded water bottles very useful. The breakfast included in the half-board package made my mornings easy and pleasant.
I noticed the bathrooms could benefit from a refurbishment to enhance the overall appearance

The food at the lunch buffet was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the brocolli soup. The mango cake was another highlight. The restaurant staff provided prompt, attentive service during my meals.

The standard king room provided modern amenities like free wi-fi and a tv. A workspace was ergonomic and very useful. Linens were of high quality and very clean, offering a comfortable night's sleep.
