helpful staff respectful staff good location live lizard dismissive attitude hygiene issue
The staff were helpful and courteous. Sangeeta attended to us, and she was patient! she was polite and polished. The hotel location is very good. The reception staff are excellent.
I found a live lizard on our table during a dinner at Avartana. The team moved us to another table. BUT there was no apology from the team. I think that the casual attitude of the team was disappointing.

not quite the 5-star experience i anticipated
machine noise no solution
the food was acceptable.
The room i got had a very loud machine noise all the time. I requested help many times but no solution was provided, frustrating.
