The staff were helpful and courteous. Sangeeta attended to us, and she was patient! she was polite and polished. The hotel location is very good. The reception staff are excellent.
I found a live lizard on our table during a dinner at Avartana. The team moved us to another table. BUT there was no apology from the team. I think that the casual attitude of the team was disappointing.

The room i got had a very loud machine noise all the time. I requested help many times but no solution was provided, frustrating.
