The executive lounge access was fantastic i made good use of it. the staff was always ready to assist. It was excellent. the breakfast had a large selection of options. The fruit selection was very fresh!

the rooftop bar was a little soulless though it had potential!

Really good Service and Convenient Location

I stayed for five nights, and my suite was upgraded to an executive suite! The room design was beautiful, spacious and included an very nice bathroom. The concierge arranged a private day tour, it provided a fantastic experience. I enjoyed a perfectly cooked wagyu beef at mad cow restaurant. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. The hotel's location had shops nearby.

I exchanged money at the front desk, but the conversion was from usd not aud. I was virtually chased up to the door to fix their mistake. This was embarrassing, and no real apologies were given.

The executive king room featured a spacious layout and tasteful decor, I found it very comfortable. The bathroom included both a separate shower and a bathtub, a detail I appreciated. The room also had large windows offering a great view.
