The hotel features a rooftop pool. I swam and enjoyed drinks. The view from there is excellent. I also found the location great, with easy access to attractions.
My room had a window, but it faced a noisy street. The street noise made sleeping difficult at times. I think better soundproofing would improve comfort.

the location was good. it was easy enough to get around to the different sights.
i have stayed here before, but this time the room was not great. a wall light was loose with wires showing and the floors needed a better cleaning. it seemed like the room standard had dropped since my last visit.

the staff at the bar allowed us to eat a banh mi sandwich i got by grab, very nice of them.
our room faced the street and the noise made it hard to sleep well. the windows are not well insulated, so it was quite disruptive.

The staff was genuinely helpful. the location was central. It made exploring so easy. i liked the rooftop pool. It offered such a relaxing escape after sightseeing. breakfast was varied. it was a delight with so many options to start each day.
The room cleaning felt incomplete. I noticed areas under tables weren't properly cleaned. it affected the overall feeling of freshness.

the hotel sits in a prime location. it is right in district 1, and major attractions are within walking distance, like the opera house and notre dame. tour bus pick-up and drop-off were also very convenient.

the staff was very helpful. i was able to wait in the bar since i had a late flight. the bar staff let me eat a banh mi sandwich my friend had sent. i was even able to take a shower in the spa before i left.
The room was slightly disappointing and a bit tired. there were limited toiletries. Only one toilet roll. two of the lamps in the room were broken and there were no dressing gowns for going to the pool.
