cute staff cute surprise spacious bed
I think the staff was very cute. A cute surprise awaited us in our room for our 10 year anniversary. The bed was spacious and very comfy, and the room was huge. I loved the interior marble walls in the bathroom plus the bathtub.
I found the interactions with front office management appalling.

appalling behavior dismissive reaction
the breakfast buffet was really extensive AND it had many varieties of food.
The front office management demonstrated appalling behavior. i spoke with the front office manager after my wife was injured near the pool. She responded with disrespect. she did NOT offer any assistance after this incident. i found this dismissive reaction wholly unacceptable.
