The rooftop pool offered city views, a perfect way to start the day. Breakfast had tasty Vietnamese cuisine and delicious French pastries. Mai Ngo demonstrated professionalism with genuine care. I received a complimentary room upgrade.
The check-in was convoluted. I arrived jet lagged and had to sit in the lobby. A lengthy paper exercise, juice, fruit, and chewy peel were provided. The foyer was busy, cramped, and not tranquil. I felt pressured to sign a receipt marked "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Breakfast included both continental and Asian options catering to diverse tastes. Freshly made French pastries are available. A feature i really liked. The Cloud Nine rooftop restaurant served good-quality food within a lovely atmosphere.

The hotel is centrally located. Most attractions are within a 15-minute walk, saving on transport. The proximity to markets, bars and cafes offers convenience for tourists. I found it very easy to get around.

Staff members were helpful and always smiling. Trinh at the front desk provided excellent service, securing a pamper appointment quickly. I appreciated the attentiveness.

The hotel had a great location in District 1. I could easily walk to the opera house (it was a short walk). My room was clean and the staff was lovely. I appreciate their help collecting my delivery of local pastries.
The sliding door in the bathroom did not work. The hotel is in need of some maintenance.

The hotel breakfast was acceptable. It provided a sufficient start to the day.
My room was not prepared upon arrival. I had to wait over an hour for it to be ready, inconvenient and delayed my schedule. The delay was not adequately compensated for, a oversight.

the hotel offered a convenient airport pickup and drop-off service. its central location in district 1 allowed easy access to major attractions. huynh, the pool staff member, provided really good service at the pool. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. i used the gym with a smith machine for a good workout.

I found some things disappointing. The breakfast selection was quite limited. i expected more variety for a hotel of this supposed caliber, particularly the bread options seemed stale. also, our room felt smaller than advertised. there wasn't much space to properly store our belongings, it was a squeeze.
