Fantastic Stay with Really good Service

excellent food friendly staff vegan diet

I enjoyed access to Club Millésime with excellent food and drinks during Afternoon Tea. I appreciated the superb breakfast in Mezzwith a wide variety of options. The staff at the pool were friendly, ensuring I was well looked after. The team accommodated my vegan diet, which I found to be amazing.

The hotel did not honor my Gold Accor membership benefits, providing only a drink voucher without explanation. My room was small, and I experienced noise from the road. The shower did not drain properly.
