breakfast buffet helpful staff
The hotel offered a breakfast buffet with a good variety. the staff remembered my omelette preferences the second day, very helpful. we walked to many shopping areas since the hotel is in a central district. we used the front desk. They were superb.
i couldn't check in due to an unexpected visa issue. i never used the room or any services.

excellent stay near downtown
helpful staff friendly staff rooftop bar good drinks
the hotel stored our luggage while we traveled around. this service helped us a lot with logistics. the staff members were friendly and professional. the rooftop bar had wonderful views and good drinks.
the tv in the room was a bit old fashioned and the remote needed close proximity to operate it.

the breakfast was varied it would appeal to all tastes and cultures
the hotel is really tired it needs a revamp all the furniture is grubby bathroom had black mould for the price i paid i expected better the older men working there were rude they served cold tea and coffee

excellent stay in a wonderful location
strategic location friendly staff spacious room massive selection
i think the location is very strategic for sightseeing it helped me see a lot of attractions. the staff were very friendly i felt very welcome. the room was very spacious it had everything i needed. the breakfast had a massive selection i enjoyed the variety.
the shower curtain seemed a little cheap i noticed that immediately. i think the tub design was a little faulty and water spilled onto the floor.
