the breakfast had a good variety of options, including eastern and western choices.
The noise was a real problem. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. loud sounds from showers and conversations made it hard for my son to sleep. the manager only asked the neighbors to stop showering. It was not a helpful solution.

The location was acceptable. Nothing special, though.
I found the room servicing rather poor. Towels weren't replaced and glassware remained dirty. breakfast offered sugary mixes instead of fresh juices, so i skipped it. the noise was also unbearable. I could hear tvs and conversations from other rooms all the time.

Fantastic City Stay

The staff provided excellent service . Mr Thinh Le treated me like a valued friend. The hotel is in a lovely area and is very clean (the cleanliness was immaculate). The rooftop pool offers great city views plus a good food menu, I especially enjoyed happy hour.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could sometimes hear noises from the corridor.

My beautiful room included a comfortable bed and a stocked minibar, I found the room was well-kept daily with fresh towels. The room had all I needed, including a television with many channelswith a variety of viewing options, and plenty of storage.

The hotel's location is great, it's easy to walk to many tourist spots, like the Remnants War Museum and Ben Thanh Market. The street includes many options for food (restaurants, cafes) and other services. It is a very central location.

i found the staff very helpful. the room service was available, and i tried the local dishes. it was great to have a minibar stocked with refreshing drinks after a long day.
The pool closed early on a couple of days due to private events. I would have loved more time to relax there.
