Upon arrival, the reception staff claimed my credit card declined. They offered another room with an extra charge. The food in the restaurant was terrible. A rooftop pool had only five sunbeds. I found the surrounding area dirty and unwelcoming. You must use the fire escape to get there.

Upon arrival, I found the room rather small compared to other hotels I have visited. The bathroom also felt cramped. The rooftop bar and pool area are nice. they need some refurbishment.

The room i stayed in was quite small (smaller than i expected, actually). it was also located near some kind of service area. I could hear staff talking early in the morning. that noise made it difficult to sleep in sometimes. the rooftop pool was also a bit disappointing. the pool was quite small, and some of the surrounding tiles were cracked or missing. i saw some rust on the metal parts, it needs some maintenance.
