The staff greeted us warmly and handled our luggage quickly. Vy, Ngan, and Long deserve special thanks for attentive hospitality. The facilities were diverse. We used entertainment rooms, a superb pool, and the breakfast buffet, and the design throughout the hotel is AMAZING!!! I was impressed. We were also able to use multiple facilities, such as entertainment rooms, pool and a spa.
The check-in area felt a little crowded. More seats would improve the experience at peak times.

The room was a good size and had a balcony overlooking the street. That was acceptable.
The hotel OVERCHARGED me on my final bill. I am still trying to sort it out. Reception staff were also unhelpful! The cocktails were undrinkable, and I had to demand they take them off the bill.

Our three-bedroom premier balcony felt spacious. It included a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and two modern bathrooms. we made use of the washing machine and dryer, finding them very convenient. the children particularly loved the ping pong, table football, and billiards area next to the inviting pool.
the location was nearly perfect, though the shuttle bus service operated with limited hours, ending at 4 pm.
