a somewhat disappointing experience

empty minibarclosed arcade

the room showed wear and tear the bathtub had rust near the drain. the minibar was empty there were no items for purchase. the shopping arcade with its shops remained completely closed for the duration of my stay there was nothing to do.

Mr. Ashok provided very nice housekeeping. He paid close attention to detail when he cleaned my room. He ensured I considered rebooking my stay. Harnam served as my driver all week. He provided excellent customer service and safe driving.

The check-in process was quite long. The dining area became very crowded during dinner. It seemed there were limited items available compared to breakfast.
