The location was acceptable. It seemed pretty central.

My toilet flooded, twice. I needed to call someone to fix it both times in the middle of the night. It was inconvenient. I also found the soundproofing to be inadequate. I could hear noises from the corridor, annoying.

The Residence Club Premier room was spacious and well maintained the room cleaning was thorough and detailed. The staff in the Resident Club Room were very friendly and happy to help or just chat if I looked lonely.

The door was not sound proof I kept hearing noise from the corridor.

the hotel is near the city center, a super convenient location for exploring. getting around was very easy from this place. i found many attractions nearby and i could access them easily.

the room was spacious and well maintained. room cleaning was thorough and detailed. the bed was huge and very comfortable. i found all the bells and whistles in the bathroom (i mean, all of them!).

I was disappointed with the outdated bathroom. It felt old compared to the rest of the room. also, it would have been nice if the hotel offered halal food options for muslim guests.
