i found the location to be perfect near saigon square. many sites were within a short walk, this made sightseeing simple. the staff provided great assistance with transport to the airport similar in price to a grab service. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to ganglands central plus a convenient currency exchange nearby.

I found the breakfast had a wide variety of options, really catering to all tastes. i was happy to see the pho chef with such a cheerful smile and great energy. I really appreciated that in the morning! the rooftop pool area had great city views, so it was a great spot to cool off and have a sunset drink.

I couldn't get a late checkout. I wish the staff could have accommodated me.

i found the staff helpful. they spoke excellent english. the rooftop pool offered great drinks.. the location proved easily accessible in the heart of the district. i especially liked it.

the hotel has steep front stairs to enter the lobby. there are no handrails there.
