I appreciated the comfortable room. It had a separate sitting area. The bathroom was large. I also liked the views of surrounding buildings from the 10th floor.
The staff seemed impolite. They acted as if they did not understand questions. The pool area was very hot. The temperature was around 40 degrees Celsius.

a stay with drawbacks and some inconveniences.

I encountered some issues. the front marble steps was slippy when wet. I nearly slipped. the breakfast buffet was also quite poor. i also got charged an extra cleaning fee for a towel that had gotten mud on it after i was caught in a storm, that was unpleasant.

The room was very clean. The breakfast had a lot of options (I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). The location made it easy to walk to many sites and restaurants.
My room was on the second floor. It faced the hotel's ventilation system, so there was noise. The bathtub was uncomfortable.

the location was central! i could easily walk to the national war museum. the breakfast service had delicious options. my room was also very clean.
the gym was disappointing because it lacked equipment. it only had a treadmill. the pool area was very hot. it felt unusable!
