loud music
the staff was friendly, polite, and very helpful. the location offers convenient access to the airport.
I was disappointed to find loud music in the lobby. It was difficult to communicate at the front desk. the duty manager mentioned it was because of a festival, but i feel such events should be confined to a dedicated area, not disrupt the main lobby. this made a poor first impression and detracted from what i expected.

The breakfast included both Indian and continental options offering a diverse buffet.
The room seemed worn. Furniture was chipping and the room slipper packet was already open when I got there. This was not what I expect from a place that calls itself 5 stars.

I found the staff to be attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet had diverse options, including both Indian and continental choices. The hotel's proximity to the airport made travel simple. The location is perfect for quick trips. I enjoyed the clean pool with nice loungers.
The air conditioning took a while to reach the set temperature, a minor inconvenience.
