My room had clean amenities especially the separated toilet and shower and bathtub. This was good when traveling with friends. i found the staff hospitable from check-in to check-out, which i found charmed. the location was good being close to the ben thanh market.

i appreciated the hotel's central location near the market. the staff were friendly and helpful . i especially liked the rooftop pool with its great views.
the gym was quite small and only had dumbbells. the room i had was also small and the layout felt awkward. the check-in lacked a personal touch i expected from such a highly rated place i had to approach the desk to get checked in.
