excellent service and central location

the location was very central. rooms were super clean and comfortable. the staff went out of their way to assist, with excellent english skills. afternoon tea was a nice touch, even though our room didn't include breakfast.
i found that the room had old decor. a full upgrade is necessary. everything was damaged, tiles, flooring, and wallpaper were broken and stuck down.

the premier double room provided a bright space with an immaculate bathroom (it even had a japanese toilet!). the bed offered good comfort.

check-in was very easy. it was friendly. lili clearly explained hotel features and services upon arrival. i received a welcome juice and nuts. the breakfast personnel provided superb, professional service.

the hotel is centrally located (i could easily walk to several attractions). the rooftop bar provides a pleasant oasis. drinks were very affordable for hotel guests. i enjoyed the views from the rooftop.

I appreciated the rooftop terrace. It has a warm jacuzzi and frangipani trees. the breakfast was amazing!!! it included fresh fruits, salads, soup, and western options like eggs benedict. the staff was very courteous and helpful.

the room we booked was not available. instead we were shown a room with a concrete wall blocking the only window. we moved to a smaller room and received a partial refund however i don't believe it was the full amount
