check-in was smooth and efficient. i received a complimentary suite upgrade, a generous touch that set the tone. the suite was spacious and comfortable with modern design and cozy ambiance. plush bedding and well-equipped amenities showed a high standard of hospitality. the location is central and convenient for exploring nearby attractions, shopping, and dining.
the staff speaks very little english. it is not an ideal hotel for business travelers.

The location was amazing (right in the heart of everything). The rooftop bar and pool offered great views. The staff provided really good service. They surprised my family with a cake. That was a lovely gesture.

AWESOME stay at SUPER hotel!

The hotel location allowed EASY access to key attractions. I walked to many restaurants and shops SO convenient. The rooftop pool was FABULOUS and the views, especially at night. Breakfast offered AMAZING variety. it included both local and international dishes.
The street noise was a bit noticeable at times, but it DIDN'T IMPACT my sleep quality.

the breakfast had a good variety (so many choices!).
The shower was confusing. i couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature easily. our toilet got blocked every time we used it. This was quite inconvenient.
