The front desk team was wonderful. They provided great service. i especially enjoyed the waffles and coffee available each morning. my room was on the 18th floor and it provided an amazing view. a washer and dryer in the room allowed me to pack light, so i managed well with fewer clothes.

the jackfruit policy surprised me a little. i received no notification about it at check-in. i found a small sign by the entrance too late.

the gym was acceptable and had standard equipment.

The room's soundproofing was poor. I heard street noise consistently. more concerning, i discovered i was charged for a damaged bath mat i never used. the duty manager's handling of the situation felt unprofessional. It negatively impacted my overall experience.
