i stayed there recently and i found that the room rates were reasonable. the staff were really accommodating and kind. the rooms were spacious and clean, a bonus! the beds were comfortable.

the socket for my charger felt a little loose, though it was not a major problem.

the food served at the club lounge was amazing and very varied! the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the buffet included filipino and western cuisine and even sushi. it also had a pastry area with lots of options.

the staff were always ready to help and very polite. a staff member even asked if we had a credit card, and this let us use a promo. it saved us money! this level of attentiveness was really appreciated.

The location provided quick access to the airport, a real plus for my departure. The hotel also connects to shopping and dining options, very convenient. The complimentary mini bar with snacks and drinks was a charming touch. I liked it. I found the fitness center adequate for a decent workout, too.

I experienced a minor delay getting extra towels to the room, this required a follow up.

The Regency Club staff impressed me. Hannah, Marc, Michelle, Aldrine, Joel, Kristine, Charlene, Lourise, and Beverly delivered really good care from check-in to check-out. Melody provided a smooth check-in process and promptly answered questions, really helpful.

The room was quite spacious. The bed had soft pillows and felt super clean. I also liked the A/C's soft-touch thermostat. The night light offered just the right amount of illumination.
