The free shuttle service to tung chung station was useful. It allowed me to explore the area. the staff was really helpful with directions. the room service was quick and efficient, and i found the food delicious.

i noticed that the soundproofing between rooms was not completely effective, i could hear some noise from the neighboring room at times.

the staff was lovely and helpful, especially the concierge team. i found my room lovely and spacious. the shuttle service proved very handy.

i found no shower curtain in the bath tub. the bathroom floor flooded after i took a shower. a housekeeper came to the bathroom without any cleaning tool after i requested cleaning of the flooded floor.

the hotel offered a convenient free shuttle to and from the airport. my room had effective temperature control, which i appreciated. housekeeping returned a necklace i left behind. it was a thoughtful act.

I experienced a lack of assistance with my luggage upon arrival. This made settling in a bit difficult.
