just okay stay, hard beds was a problem

the staff was polite. the location is close to everything. it was easy to get around.
the beds where too hard for me. i didn't sleep well. the room felt a little old. i did expect something a bit more updated for the price i paid.

i loved that my premier double room had a mini bar! it was super convenient. the staff were always so willing to help, they remembered my name, it. i needed extra coffee sachets and they arrived so fast! plus, the location is amazing, close to great restaurants and shopping spots.
the room i was in was a little small, it was cozy though.

each floor provided hot and cold water dispensers which was a thoughtful touch, especially when preparing for a day out. the hotel also offers quick access to nearby bus and metro stops.

the front desk staff were very kind and always addressed issues with a smile. they really went out of their way to ensure my stay was nice and comfortable.

Really good Stay, A Boutique Gem!

Kenny's service was great . he provided fantastic ideas for exploring the city. the local restaurants nearby made supper convenient (i loved the variety!). having a 7-eleven just steps away was super handy. the housekeeping was superb. The lady kept my room immaculate daily, it reminded me of home.
the carpet in the corridor showed some wear.

The hotel is conveniently close to the tsim sha tsui mtr station. It only takes about 3-4 minutes to walk there. many shops and restaurants nearby stay open quite late (very helpful after a long day!).

Venus and cary at the front desk were friendly. they let me check in early after my flight! i held my bags after checkout as well. The gentleman at the front helped me hail a taxi.

Breakfast included both western and local items. Everything tasted fresh. staff are very attentive and helpful. They created a boutique feel.

my room had high-standard bed linen and towels. the room included everything needed. the beautiful king room was spacious, and the bathroom was very clean (always a plus!).
