The staff's security measures made check-in seamless and reassuring on arrival. The location allowed easy access to Sai Ying Pun and Sheung Wan. Public transportation, including buses to the Star Ferry and MTR access to Central, was nearby. The staff provided clear directions when needed. I found this very helpful

i found the check-in process quick. daily servicing of my room was efficient. i really liked the harbour view from my window. i was able to easily access the sai ying pun mtr station, it made traveling simple.

The room was on the smaller side. There wasn't a lot of extra space.

the mtr station was just a couple of minutes away, i suppose.

i waited ages and ages, and there was always a huge queue, its very annoying really.
