ample room size easy location cramped gym limited menu
The room size was ample. I had chosen a premier king room harbour view. The view WAS amazing!!! The location is connected to the MTR station. This made getting around so easy.
The gym, though modern, felt somewhat cramped. I was also disappointed that the in-room dining menu lacked variety. I really wanted a late-night snack, but the options were limited.

sociable staff helpful equipment assistance relaxing sauna
i found the staff at the fitness center very sociable. they were helpful with showing me the equipment. i enjoyed using the sauna and steam room in the toilet after my workout. it was very relaxing after a day of travel.
the in-room dining menu was somewhat limited. there wasn't pizza available for the kids, disappointing. i would have expected a wider selection at such a nice hotel.
