modern amenities attentive staff fine pool

My room was spacious with modern amenities. The hotel staff was helpful and attentive during all my stay. I used the wellness center amenities and really appreciate this possibility. The pool was fine and offered relaxation near greenery.

charming experience

attentive staff spacious room excellent food very nice views

the staff was attentive. they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. my room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel's location meant that it was easy to get around by public transport or taxi (i like that option!). the complimentary upgrade to the executive king suite was a nice surprise. the breakfast had a rich selection. the staff was attentive and helpful. it. the harbor views from the room were very nice, and the food was excellent. nicole tang gave us a warm welcome on arrival and looked after us well . i highly recommend this hotel. i upgraded to the kids level. my kids got free gifts and access to the kids club. this was unlike anything we have seen elsewhere. it felt very personalized.

the lobby had a particular smell. it reminded me a bit of a public restroom. i found it somewhat bothersome.

family floor wins everything!

convenience design fun time

the family floor is just very nice , everything there is designed for convenience. the pantry access was a game-changer , we could grab snacks and drinks anytime. the kids' activity classes were such a bonus, it gave my little ones some fun time.

charmed by every detail

manager attention brief stay thoughtful dining front desk advice

manager chloe look addressed issues promptly, even regarding the gym. she added some nice touches to my brief stay. in-room dining with fred and the young chef was thoughtful, especially regarding my dietary preferences. front desk colleagues keith, jason, and charisse were helpful providing currency and travel advice.

I found a slight delay when waiting for a taxi. It seemed locals received priority at the concierge (i trust this will be addressed).
