the club lounge team gave me service that was very good. yoYo and kevina. i also found the 50m swimming pool had a resort feel and was excellent. the gym had good quality equipment.
The wi-fi signal could have been stronger. It was sometimes a little slow.

The ambassador jay was cute. His service was really good! he. jennifer wong (guest service officer) and keina yoong (assistant club level manager) at the executive lounge exemplified marriott's highest values. kevina even offered a room upgrade, exceeding all expectations!

jay at the front desk really were really good. he checked me in super fast. i arrived super late at 2 am. he still helped me get a awesome room. alice and anna in the club lounge were so nice, they helped me get gluten-free food!
