i appreciated the excellent service from the front desk. tiffany tang was particularly helpful and professional. the housekeeping team kept my room very clean during my eighteen-day stay. their smiles and dedication.

the breakfast had limited choices, with only four set meals and the same menu for ten days. it became quite repetitive.

i found the location convenient, right by times square! the staff were always ready to help with any questions or concerns. the room was very clean and well maintained , i was super happy.

the breakfast options were somewhat limited, as it was a set meal instead of a buffet. i would have enjoyed more variety.

The staff was very helpful and quick. They addressed any requests immediately. I appreciated the proximity to Times Square. It made shopping simple. The strong showers helped me relax after walking a lot. Rooms were basic, clean, and simple.

The nearest bus stop to the airport is a long walk. This is inconvenient when traveling with luggage or small children. The hotel feels dated.
