i found the room spacious i had a premier king room city view. the bathroom was well-equipped it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel offered convenient escalator access to the waterfront area.

The front desk staff was cold during check-in , and that was disappointing. The soundproofing in the room was poor , and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. Mold was present in the bathroom , and the sink had not been properly cleaned.

the room was spacious it had great business floor breakfast and afternoon and evening cocktails were also a plus.

i paid for an upgrade to a room with a city view the stench was unbearable as if someone had soaked the carpet or attempted to clean a dirty dusty carpet with water there was an awful odor in the room the light switches were confusing.

the spacious room offered a comfortable bed and many amenities. i liked the water dispenser and the coffee maker. the shower had GREAT pressure and the toilet was large. i imagine the sea view would be nice.

the service on my last night was not good and very inflexible. guests was not told the red sugar bar had a private event. my main course showed up before my wife's and hers arrived much later.
