the hotel staff were friendly and helpful . the hotel is next to the mtr station, made getting around simple. i appreciated that checkout was quick (i was in a bit of a hurry!).

My room was on a lower floor. I recommend requesting a room on a higher floor for a better view.

EXCELLENT Stay NEAR Subway!

convenient location easy access great supermarket

the hotel is super close to the MTR station. i got around the city easily. the neighborhood has tons of places for food and even a supermarket nearby. i loved how convenient everything was.

the pillow was too soft so it was hard to sleep. the room is a little small and looks old. i HOPE they improve it soon.

i had a club twin room. it had a fantastic view of the harbour. the room was spacious. it included a large luggage space. the bathroom was clean and big. it contained enough space for skincare products.

the hotel's location is EXCELLENT. the MTR station is across the street. a 7-eleven store is right next door. there are also several cafes and restaurants close. transport was simple.

decent bottle friendly staff

the front desk staff were super nice, i appreciated billy, he helped with our check-in and was very friendly. the hotel gifted us a bottle of wine for our celebration and it was quite a decent bottle.

great LOCATION and friendly STAFF

great location clean room kind staff laundry service

the hotel is NEAR the HKU mtr station. it made getting around the island simple. the room was clean, and i had everything i needed. all the staff were very kind and helpful. i especially appreciated the same-day laundry service , it was very useful.

the mattress was softer THAN i prefer , though others might find it comfortable.

i FOUND the front desk very helpful when i needed directions. the staff in the club lounge were especially attentive, remembering my drink preferences. housekeeping also provided perfect service, keeping the room super clean and well-stocked.
