convenient location friendly reception helpful staff poor insulation small lane taxi access

the location proved convenient with easy access to transportation. i found the staff at reception friendly and helpful. they stored my luggage allowing me to explore the city for a few extra hours.

the sound insulation was not very good. i could hear conversations and tv from the adjacent room. the hotel entrance is located in a small lane, difficult to catch a taxi.

excellent location public transportation dining options nearby markets

the hotel is near causeway bay station. trams and buses were also very accessible.. i appreciated the quick access to public transportation. dining was easy with so many eateries nearby. fruit markets are also conveniently close.

the room, while neat, had very limited space for luggage.

train station shopping center short walk

I appreciated the proximity to the train station. It made travel seamless. Numerous shopping centers are quite close to the premises. I found many shops within a short walk.

The hallways exhibited a very slight musty scent at times.

The staff was attentive, assisting with luggage storage for a later departure (allowing extra city exploration). the room had a nice, large bed. I found the mini-bar quite useful. the location was close to transportation and popular attractions, like victoria harbour. Everything was convenient.

The room lighting felt a bit dim. Brighter lights would improve the ambiance.

average stay with some hiccups

small room musty smell

the room felt smaller than i expected , and there was very little space to move around. the bathroom had a persistent musty smell , even after i mentioned it to the staff. the location was okay , but the immediate surroundings felt a bit dingy , and the walk to the nearest mtr station was longer than i would have liked.
