The hotel is connected to the airport terminal via an indoor walkway. It took me just a few minutes. check-in was quick, and the room had adequate space for luggage. i found a helpful information desk that directed me to the airport express train. i also appreciated the convenience store located in the arrival hall.
The gym's sauna closed relatively early, around 8:30 pm. This limited my ability to fully relax after a long day.

The staff provided detailed advice on transportation to central, including directions to the airport express train. bellmen were available to assist with luggage upon request. They helped me load my luggage onto the trolley. i observed that the front desk staff was efficient.

The room featured a king-sized bed that was comfortable and clean. i saw a wall-mounted bench with a mirror and a chair that was useful for working. the air conditioning worked well to keep the room cool. That was important!

The hotel offers a shuttle bus to tung chung mtr station. i appreciated the direct connection to the airport terminal. It made early morning departures less stressful. the proximity to the arrival hall and departure gates is a huge advantage.

the location is super convenient for getting to the airport. the staff was also very helpful and friendly, especially neil in the executive lounge, he was amazing!!!
the room felt a little old and could use some updating. also, i found that getting room service late at night was not possible, a bummer.

uneven stay, some issues found

The room showed its age, i must say. the thermostat didn't work. I tried adjusting the temperature, but it wouldn't budge past 22 degrees! also, the showerhead couldn't be adjusted downwards. it was quite inconvenient. Water splattered everywhere.

The location is unbelievable. I could walk straight from the international terminal to the hotel! check-in was so easy. Such a well-oiled model! luggage storage was very well run.

peeling wallpaperunadjustable showerhead
The hotel rooms show age. I notice peeling wallpaper and the bathrooms have a outdated design. The showerhead was not adjustable and water splashed outside the bathtub. Hallway noise bothered me and I could hear sounds from other bathrooms near me.
