The Peninsula Hong Kong is frequently praised for its prime location, convenient to the metro and landmarks like the Clock Tower and Star Ferry. Rooms are equipped with modern technology, including iPad control for lights and TV, and some offer magnificent views of Victoria Harbour, which many guests consider a highlight. The hotel also features a nice pool and gym, though some guests felt the bar on the 28th floor could be cozier. Many appreciate the airport pick-up service in the hotel's Rolls Royces.

Acceptable Stay, Despite Some Shortcomings

advantageous locationimpersonal interaction
The hotel's location was advantageous, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
Upon arrival, I found that the welcome wasn't particularly warm. The initial interaction felt impersonal. Securing reservations at the restaurants proved to be surprisingly difficult. Attempts to book a table at Spring Moon were unsuccessful throughout my stay, and the host's attitude didn't improve the situation.
